Being a die hard fan of clockwork orange (the movie) and Doctor Who, their soundtracks lead me on a beautiful journey of the history of the electronic music scene and the crucial role women played. Here’s a – not so extensive by any means – playlist, featuring sound alchemists who shaped the electronic music scene and pioneered the sounds from the 50s up till today, featuring Else Marie Pade, Maddalena Fagandini, Annette Peacock, Björk with a couple of additions that I managed to sneak in.
