Once a year, tens of thousands of people gather in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to create Black Rock City, a temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. In this crucible of creativity, all are welcome. If you’re not familiar with Burning Man is or what it stands for, maybe you’re on the wrong side of the internet, or you’ve been lost your entire life and you just found the light.

Amidst the deep and rooted culture of Burning Man emerged many complimentary musical scenes inspired by the playa desert vibes. The Robot Heart Bus, known for its pristine and powerful sound system as well as its carefully curated artist line-up has lead a revolution in the world of electronic music evolving deep house into deep tech or what is known as ‘playa tech’. The style combines deep house, techno, world music, spirituality and ethnic desert vibes. We have chosen our favorite 10 sets from the Robot Heart Bus from 2015 to prep up for the upcoming Burning Man.
